DESIGN: A visual refresh
After creating 3 moodboards to choose from, the client and I decided on a visual direction:
The client chose a "high-end but inviting" concept. They wanted to keep their recognizable bright green as the main colour, but I added some darker greens for greater accessibility and flexibility.

NAVIGATION: Creating a user centered site map
I created 4 personas, 3 to represent each of the different landscaping clients, and 1 persona for prospective employees. These personas would guide the UX of the new website.
Whereas the previous site navigation was based on the companies organizational structure, I created a new navigation centered around the needs of each persona.

USER EXPERIENCE: Content curated for each user
The updated navigation featured dedicated landing pages for each persona, ensuring that commercial and residential users were presented with only the information relevant to their needs. This approach eliminated the clutter of mixed content, allowing users to easily find what they were looking for without having to sift through irrelevant details.
